Kid’s Book Version of Half Life 2

I was at a school store recently and saw this book called ‘How to make a Computer Game’. It’s geared towards a pretty young audience and I had one of those tingly what-the-hell-is-going-on moments as I flipped to this page. I’ve never even seen Valve’s concept art for the game, so to find a 2D illustration of a scene that I immediately recognized was kinda mind-bending.

I can’t believe they got it to run on that ancient laptop as well!
