LIT lights a spark of interest on WiiWare

It’s obvious that even today the name Nintendo conjures up mixed emotions. There’s always been the “core” stuff like Zelda and Metroid but even through to today Nintendo retains their “kiddie” image. They may be calling it casual now but regardless of the label, the Wii continues to be a family-friendly console with little beyond the rare World War II shooter to pique the interest of adult players.

That’s why I keep taking the time to write about these more mature themed games, only unlike Cursed Mountain and Winter, LIT actually made it to retail. Virtual retail anyways, as the game just hit WiiWare this past Monday. I didn’t pick it up yet but WiiWare-World just posted a great review that has me on the cusp of finally powering up the little white box and plunking down some Mario Bucks.
