ShangXiang (Katy) & Dionisio (Shawn) live happily in Cincinnati, Ohio. We began GameLuv, a video game blog a few years ago talking about games and other geeky stuff. On June 8th, 2008 we stopped eating meat and before that we began cutting crap out of our diets, like high fructose corn syrup. We thought our adventures in food and lifestyle changes might be helpful and/or interesting to others who are trying to eat better. We are currently still eating dairy, we are vegetarian, not vegan.
