Turk’y Leftovers!
Quorn brand vegetarian Turk’y roast really looks & tastes like turkey. I think it tastes better cold that warm 
quorn’s turk’y roast isn’t bad. not meat gravy too

Shawn & I went to Slade, KY for a couple nights. We stayed in a cabin with a hot tub, hiked to Natural Bridge and enjoyed the autumn leaves in scenic views.
On route down I finally tried tofu scramble at Alfalfa in Lexington, KY.
Tomorrow = back to work.
