iGameZ: Realizing a Childhood Fantasy

Impromptu contests with friends have broken out over the years where someone randomly plays a tune or just starts singing aloud to see who can name the song. Geeks that we are, most times we wound up humming game music to one another.

So it’s no surprise I’m excited about iGameZ, a device that facilitates said tomfoolery. One person plugs in an MP3 player and chooses a song. Each listener has a button they slap when they think they know the song. How scoring works and what the “game play variations” are is unknown but it looks like a lot of fun.
