[‘o] Wii Are Not Amused

So, we didn’t just stroll into a store and pick up a Wii today. And as I thought more and more about it I decided that camping out for anything is just stupid. Why do we have to pre-order games just to have the right to buy them? Why do we have to pre-order a whole system, then camp out to make sure we can still pick it up? This industry is retarded and of all the issues up against it (political lobbying, degrading gameplay quality, lack of originality) this is the one no one has investigated thus far. But once again, that’s another rant I probably won’t have time to write up.

As for the Wii, I did find a few light up Wii gift cards and the other $0.01 promo discs at our local Target. Some day that stuff’ll be worth at least $10 on eBay.
